Therapy for sports performance anxiety, life transitions, teens, couples, families, and more in Worthington, Ohio.

About Me

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) with a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Science, both from The Ohio State University. I provide therapy to individuals (ages 6–60), couples, and families, using a collaborative, goal-oriented approach. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

My clinical background includes work at Nationwide Children’s Hospital on the Home-Based and IFAST (Integrated Family Systems Treatment) teams, where I provided in-home and community-based therapy to children and their families. I’ve also worked in private practice settings, supporting individuals, couples, and families through a wide range of relational, emotional, and life challenges.

As a former Division I athlete on The Ohio State University Track and Field team, I bring a deep, personal understanding of the mental and emotional demands of athletic life. After experiencing a season/career-ending injury, I developed a passion for supporting athletes—particularly those navigating identity transitions, performance pressure, injury recovery, grief, and the pursuit of perfection. I especially enjoy working with athletes and high-achieving individuals who identify with anxious or perfectionistic tendencies.

My therapeutic approach draws from evidence-based models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Couples Therapy (CBCT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Structural Therapy. I tailor my work to the unique needs of each client, couple, or family, meeting them where they are and walking alongside them in their journey.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my partner, baking new recipes, and exploring the mind-body connection through fitness and grounding practices.
