About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Art Therapist dedicated to helping adolescents and adults navigate life’s challenges. I believe showing up in the world as our whole authentic self creates a life with meaning. Together we can embark on a journey towards self-discovery and personal growth.

As a highly sensitive, creative, and intuitive person, the therapy world suits me. I take empathy from my own life experiences to inspire my drive for helping others. It is a joy to see progress and change within the clients I work with.

I have experience in outpatient therapy in hospital settings, community mental health, and studio art therapy.

My approach to therapy is eclectic, integrating Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Art Therapy, Person-Centered, and existential modalities. I view my work through a feminist and culturally sensitive lens.

I have a creative approach to the therapy process and hold a dual master’s degree in Counseling and Art Therapy from Ursuline College. Art often surpasses what we can put into words. Let’s work together to help you feel like you; may that be about becoming who you truly are or finding yourself amongst the layers of life’s challenges.

In my free time, I enjoy spending my loved ones, having cozy movie nights, cuddling with my 2 cats, being outside in beautiful weather, and making art.
